KMG Health Partners has developed a competency based self assessment tool to help determine the course(s) of best fit. The tool allows participants to objectively focus on areas of strength and note areas of further development.   

Consider completing this self assessment from time to time to review your effectiveness within your job.  

Below are the scales for knowledge and practice:

• Knowledge: How much you know about each area

• Practice: the ability to demonstrate your knowledge and skill in the area

Areas where you score a 1, 2 or 3 are areas where further training and development should be considered. We have identified KMG Health Partners’ courses that cover each competency to make course selection easier. Download the rubric and note the recommended courses that correspond with each competency.
